Title: StarClan's Gift Oneshot based off of this fan-fic. It's more of a double drabble, but's seven words too long.
Chapters: One Author: Moonstar Pairing: LectorXBloodstar Rating: PG/PG-13 Spoilers: --- Summary: Nightfur and Owlmoon witness a...disturbing show of love between Lector and their leader (not what it sounds like). Warning: Implied cannabalism Disclaimer: Must we really go through this again?
Nightfur watched the two bodies, one pale gray, the other jet black. She wasn’t interested in taking a mate, but it was kind of cute to see the two of them walking together, tails intertwined. She couldn’t stop herself from smiling. “Isn’t it sort of sweet, Owlmoon? They are perfect for each other.” The black she-cat whispered to a nearby tortoiseshell tom. He looked at them and twitched his shoulders with a “mm-hmm.” He had been ThunderClan’s medicine cat apprentice before he joined the rebel Clan GreatClan. And he still hung onto the warrior code law that medicine cat’s couldn’t fall in love. Owlmoon wasn’t really interested anyway. Except unlike Nightfur, he never really even found romance sweet. So what? Two cats loved each other. Most cats loved their parents. No one made a big deal about that. Absent-mindedly the tortoiseshell kept turning a patch of moss over and over. Suddenly Nightfur let out a little squeal. “Owlmoon, they’re sharing fresh-kill!” She mewed urgently. “Nightfur, to be frank, I’m not really that interested.” “No, Owlmoon, listen. Have you seen Swiftcloud since this morning?” At first the tortoiseshell just stared at his friend in confusion, but then his blue eyes stretched wide with disgusted horror. “Oh StarClan…”

Technically, I'm on hiatus, so if you ask for an update, I'll store it in my "Update Request Bin" *pulls up a container that looks suspiciously like a trash can*
Prologue:
The lake’s shining water seemed to be turning black, and it rippled as though it were a raging ocean. A cat with a pelt as black as the lake’s changing water appeared, fur on end with fear and rage. He leapt up onto a rock, hoping to escape the roaring waters. A wave crashed forward, licking the black cat‘s paws. The black tom hissed in terror and jumped backwards. It wasn’t drowning he feared; before green cough took his ninth life, he had been RiverClan leader, therefore was quite comfortable with water. It was the fact that the water, this water, could be so wrathful, when usually it was serene glimmering. A white she-cat with black stripes padded over, her blue eyes wide in terror and disbelief. “Moonstar, what in the name of StarClan is happening?” The newcomer asked, pressing herself against her mate’s side. The black tom twitched his shoulders, staring anxiously at the water. Slowly, bones appeared. They were obviously the skeletons of cats, streaked with dried blood, their empty eye sockets dark with the greatest evil imaginable. “DarkClan! Leave this place! You shall not defile StarClan’s territory!” The former RiverClan leader leapt over the water, claws unsheathed. It was a jump no living Clan cat could pull off, but it didn’t require much effort for a StarClan cat. In fact, fallen WindClan warriors hardly had to think twice about the jump. The DarkClan cats didn’t move as Moonstar leapt forward, they just stared at him with empty eye sockets. For a second time seemed to freeze, and it looked almost like Moonstar was standing suspended over the churning water. Then with a yowl of terror, he plummeted in. The water was too hard for even a RiverClan cat to swim. Moonstar kept going under, the only part of him visible against the black water was his one white paw. Coughing and spluttering, the former RiverClan was dragged away by a blue-eyed cat made completely out of stars. It glared sternly at the black cat. “Moonstar, you can’t fight them. Cease your foolish pride!” The starry cat demanded. Moonstar nodded reluctantly and slunk back to his mate, who proceeded to lick him dry. More starry cats appeared, and they padded across the water as if it was land. The DarkClan cats did the same. The leader of the DarkClan cats’ mouth bones twitched into what appeared to be a sneer. “Ah, Soulstar, how pleasant to meet with your Clan.” It said, laughing cruelly. “Stop this nonsense. What do you need Demonstar? If you just wish to torment StarClan, leave!” The cat made of bloodstained bones replied in a voice dripping injured innocence. “Torment StarClan? I wouldn’t dare do that! I’m just here to…‘request’ something. Cloverpaw.” Soulstar’s blue eyes flashed at Demonstar’s words. “She is born of the pure-hearted. What gives DarkClan custody of her?” The StarClan leader growled. “True, but have you forgotten Bloodstar?” Demonstar retorted. Soulstar shook his head, but didn’t reply otherwise. “Well, we put her spirit in a certain half-Clan ShadowClan kit after it was born.” The bloodied skeleton laughed cruelly. Soulstar’s blue eyes widened in horror. “No…you can’t do that!” “You ‘mayn’t’ do that, Soulstar. We proved to be quite able to do so.” Demonstar replied, more cruel laughter following. Sighing, Soulstar stared intently at the water. Demonstar did the same. A pale gray tabby she-cat appeared in the water. It slowly began to sink, deep into the depths of the water…deep into DarkClan. When it was almost out of sight, the she-cat stopped abruptly, and then vanished. Demonstar yowled in surprise and horror, jumping back. “Wh-what happened?” The DarkClan leader squeaked. A grim smile formed on Soulstar’s face. “Something’s wrong. It won’t let StarClan let go of her completely. Not yet at least. It’s Cloverpaw’s decision.” The cat made of stars answered. The other starry cats advanced on the DarkClan cats. Demonstar spat in disgust and backed away, his warriors following. “This isn’t over, Soulstar. She will choose us. I’m sure of it!”

I love writing about StarClan and DarkClan cats. ^.^
Chapter One
“Bloodstar?” The black cat whispered hoarsely, calling for his leader. His memory of the battle was a bit foggy, but he was thrilled that he had survived so that he could see the GreatClan leader again. He had to tell her something very important. Something no one would expect a cannibalistic cat like Lector to say. He pulled himself to his feet, pondering on how he would say it. He didn’t want Bloodstar to think he thought her soft, but he didn’t want her to think he was soft. Lector shook his head and shut one yellow eye (How did I lose an eye? Lector thought for a moment) in frustration. How in the name of DarkClan would he do this? Surely even the most stone-hearted creature could love another? Would the GreatClan leader understand? The lack cat continued to look for Bloodstar, hoping to somehow send her this message: I love you.
Lector continued to travel, slowly becoming aware he was in Clan cat territory, RiverClan to be exact. He had to be careful; it had been no longer than a day since the rebel Clan GreatClan had tried to overthrow all four Clans. Lector had joined that Clan, so he was hardly possible. The black tom curled his lip at the tantalizing scent. Cat. Cat, the cannibal’s favorite kind of fresh-kill. The scents of it surrounded him, but any Clan cat could outfight him now, in his weak, half-blinded state. Questions again tugged out his mind. How did the battle end? Why did most of GreatClan die? Why was one of his eyes missing? Where was Bloodstar?! Trudging along, Lector almost tripped over something. He stared down in annoyance, then his one eye widened in a mixture of relief and horror. It was Bloodstar, lying eerily still. Lector licked his white chest in a desperate attempt to calm himself. She had eight more lives left. She must’ve lost one in that battle, and she’d come around soon. Lector sat there, waiting. It was only for a few minutes, but it felt he had nine lives and he lost each one by old age. Touching his nose to her icy-cold pale gray pelt, he knew he had face the horrible reality. She had lost her last life. Well, there was one bright side to that. It made something much easier for him. “I love you.” The black tom whispered softly.
As Lector uttered those words, it all came back to him. Those four had been the most responsible for GreatClan’s fall. One cat from each Clan…Bluepelt of WindClan…Fernstone of ShadowClan…Jadeeye of RiverClan…and…Stonescar of ThunderClan! Lector suddenly saw a scarred pale gray and white tom lunging at him. Excruciating pain exploded in his eyes. The black cat let out an unearthly screech. Lector’s good eye flashed open. It just a memory. Jadeeye…why did that name bother him…yes, he remembered! Jadeeye stood there, a strange light in his green eyes, as if some stronger force was in charge of him. Bloodstar had looked terrified, and she…jumped, falling to her death. Jadeeye had killed his love! Lector narrowed his uninjured eye, vowing to make them suffer. Not death though, not first. He’d make them suffer like he was suffering. Stonescar would be easy…oh, poor Fernstone, she had made a mistake in taking him as a mate. He’d also get rid of that Bluepelt. She’d have a swift death though, that WindClan cat was just an ally, probably even a friend. Jadeeye...Lector would find someway to make him suffer. His dark thoughts were broken as he heard Stonescar’s voice. “And this is…Cloverkit.” Peering through the bushes, Lector saw his four enemies, and two kits. One kit was a black tom, the other was a pale gray she-cat. A pale gray she-cat who had an uncanny resemblance to Bloodstar! More black thoughts entered the disturbed cat’s brain. He’d take care of the black kit easily, but Cloverkit…next time he saw her, he’d befriend her. He’d spread anti-Clan propaganda to her. Lector smiled, his crooked white fangs showing. They’d suffer by seeing one of their kits turn against all the Clans.
