I'll never understand how I can be so violent to the animals in my fanfictions, but in one scene of Indianna Jones and the Last Crusade, some people set fire to a large river of petrolium to get rid of Indianna and someone else, and in that river of petrolium live a lot of rats. I watched that yesterday, and during the scene I was thinking, "Please let the rats escape! Please let the rats escape!"

Technically, the rats didn't do anything, other than being rats. Nobody was really evil except the Dr. Snyder person or whatever her name is.

Well, I"ll stop babbling on about the movies I've seen recently now.
Moonkit finally reached the age of six moons and was about to become an apprentice. He was groomed by one of the elder queens, Rippletail. Moonkit sat still and tried to look dignified, while Stormkit wriggled away from the silver-gray she-cat. The elder just purred in amusement and pushed the kits forward. On the Riverstone perched Wavestar, her green eyes taking everything in. Moonkit and Stormkit approached the large blue-gray rock, shrinking slightly in fear, despite their excitement. "From this day forward, until they have earned their warrior names, these apprentices will be called Stormpaw and Moonpaw. Skyflight, you shall be a mentor to Stormpaw. You can show the kindness of a father and the sternness of a good mentor to your son. Rosepelt, you are one of my senior warriors. Pass down all your skills to young Moonpaw." The RiverClan leader mewed. The wiry form of Moonpaw's father leapt forward and touched noses with the gray apprentice. He cast Moonpaw a warm look out of one of his dark green eyes, telling him he wished he could mentor both of them. Moonpaw straightened up proudly as a muscular ginger she-cat approached. Moonpaw touched noses with Rosepelt, hoping he could live up to the expectation of the dignified she-cat. However she had a warm, friendly look in her yellow eyes as she looked down at him afterwards. Moonpaw scowled playfully at his friend Ravenpaw, who had been apprenticed a month ago. "Rosepelt is the meanest mentor I hear. How do you think Torneye really went blind?" He remembered his friend saying. Ravenpaw just blinked his amber eyes innocently and yowled, "Moonpaw! Moonpaw!" His sister Birchpaw joined in. Moonpaw stood proudly. He was now an apprentice of RiverClan!

Moonpaw awoke to feel a paw prodding him rougly in the side. He blinked his piercing green eyes sleepily up at the poker, who was his friend Ravenpaw. The younger apprentice rolled away from him and shut his eyes. "Mmph, it's late...wanna sleep..." Moonpaw mumured, but Ravenpaw continued to poke him. "Moonpaw!" He hissed in a loud whisper. Moonpaw put the tip of his tail in one ear. Ravenpaw prodded him again. "Moonpaw, get up! This is a great time to go hunt!" Moonpaw was at his paws instantly, and quicky began to wash himself. "Awesome! Who gave you permission?" He asked the older apprentice. Ravenpaw scuffled his paws awkwardly on the ground, not looking at his friend for a few seconds. Finally he admitted, "No one. I go off alone at night to hunt all the time." Moonpaw felt a rush of thrill and unesae. "But this is my first week as an apprentice. Won't I get in trouble?" "We won't get caught. And we're hunting for StarClan's sake. It's not like we're meeting with ShadowClan." Ravenpaw argued. Moonpaw checked to make sure Birchpaw and Stormpaw were fast asleep, then walked out with Ravenpaw.
It was nearly dawn when the two black RiverClan apprentices returned, and they had just enough time to wash the scent of prey off their fur best they could. Soon Birchpaw stretched and yawned, and Stormpaw slunk out of the den, looking like he was still asleep even though he was walking. When Moonpaw's brother was gone, Birchpaw mewed, "How was your hunt?" Ravenpaw's amber eyes widened. "Y-you know? H-how...? You...you won't...tell...will you?" He stammered nervoulsy. The white and black tabby she-cat butted her brother's shoulder playfully. "I already called a Clan meeting to announce it. Of course I won't, you stupid furball." She mewed teasingly. Ravenpaw licked Birchpaw's ear gratefully, and Moonpaw said, "Thanks, Birchpaw. Thanks." And for some reason he added, "A lot." As they walked off, Ravenpaw chanted, "Moonpaw has a mate, Moonpaw has a mate..." Moonpaw felt heat rising in his face. "I don't know what you're talking about." He lied. Ravepaw twitched his shoulders, a grin sweeping across his face. "Sure. Sure."
